Drop-In Classes at North End Fitness:

                                      Monday: 5-6pm (Flow)
                                      Wednesday: 5-6pm (Flow)
                                      Sunday: 5-6pm (All Levels)
                                       
                               
         $12 drop in, or 5 classes for $50.

Rogue Yoga also offers pre-registered 5-week classes for private groups of 6-8 students, giving you the chance to progress through your practice with a committed group of fellow students, with lesson plans and homework assignments catered to your needs.
